But I also think if you hurt a child at 10 or 11 and you are over 21 yes you do desearve the worst case scenario but if you are experimenting at 16 and 15 you shouldn't be tested the same as an adult BC you both are children. I agree.this registery is not protecting anyone from harm. But it is allowing for hate crime to happen not only to the offenders but their families as well forcing rhe offenders away from their support groups and loved ones to be on the streets and into the areas where children gather. These offenders are not just rappist or molestes but have been convicted of a crime that occurred once when they were children themselvesband nowvhave to live with horrific sentences. What happens to other felons
