  • whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i miss my painting stuff!!!!

  • great stuff.

  • the music is nice, but of bad quality...

    Thanks for the compilation!

  • @ naganokumas ...How so?

  • I like Bosch. This was very nicly done. The band Deep Purple used one of his paintings for thier 3rd LP. That's what turned me on to him. You paid a good tribute. Thanks :)

  • @Grixowner

lol ya not a lot of things are scarier than getting raped by a giant ass frog :)

  • C'e' anche " Il matto" dei tarocchi, avete notato?

  • bosch is incredible.. it seems he's depicted the various levels of hell, as dante did linguistically.. everything hieronymous did was spellbinding. thank you for this, as well as the history on the sidebar!

  • Perhaps Salvador Dali drew some sort of inspiration from this artist? maybe, maybe not, just putting it out there...

  • he did indeed!

  • I think yes. Salvador is Spanish. Lot's of Bosch art is conserved in Spain

  • @Sadyrak that was my first thought upon seeing his work.

  • What is wring with this pictures?

    Why they looks so Bizzare?

  • I liked the video and the extra info, but you spelled his name wrong. Its Hieronymous Bosch. ( :

  • no hieronymus is right ;)

  • Thanks for the share flybreath, although his work is instantly recognisable to me - I know nothing about him - so I will read th info in depth. Fascinating I am sure.

  • Great production!

  • great work :-) thank U!

  • who wrote this music? very fascinating combination.

  • I'm a little drunk right now.

My legs feel like my shoes are boats on the water, and my insides are an abused tavern.

But , on other days, I can resemble other parts of the garden.

  • great work, who wrote the music ?

  • Music by Michael Andrews and James Horner

  • fantastici!!

  • I'm going to Madrid in 2009 mainly to see The Garden of Earthly Delighs, by the way. (And the Francis Bacon exhibition :-))

  • Hehe, thanks for the info on the side, but if you don't mind me asking - did a large chunk of that information come from the Phaidon Arts & Ideas book on Bosch? :)

Anyway, although I'm more of a contemporary art girl myself I absolutely adore Bosch (and most of the Northern Renaissance) - but his work just really jumps out. It's so special, if you see details they're like modern illustrations. Wonderful and very, very inspiring.

  • that was great thank you and there was alot of info you wrote down that was cool too.

  • een geniale schilder. maar is niet zoals de gouden eeuw schilders, had een hele aparte stijl.

  • Nice collection. I wish you tube would offer this video in HD.

  • wow. these paintings represent a true master

  • exceptional. he is all my inspiration!

  • super, das nenne ich gelungen. die musik passt hervorragend zu den bildern. der grösste maler meiner meinung nach.

  • What is the music by the way?

  • I have to describe some of the objects he did in his piece where it shows his vision of hell its a magnificent work of art I really like it. Also great choice of music

  • lovely. good choice of music ;-)

  • Thank you -

  • placed your video in my playlist of Hieronymus Bosch

  • Too bad there aren't many talented artists like Bosch today, who have his creativity and bold perception.

  • the greatest master of them all

  • Oh wow, i found this on accident. I'm glad i did. I'm a huge Botch fan. One of the masters! What an amazing guy considering the time period. Thank you for spotlighting him. I added this as a favorite. He's a huge influence on my songs.

5 stars for sure. Cool music too very beautiful flowing type of sounds and cinematic too.

  • Good job.
