REALMENTE PREMIATA Y BALLETO, SON GRUPOS QUE SIGUEN APORTANDO HOY EN DIA, PROPUESTAS BIEN VALIDAS PARA UN FUTURO MUSICAL ALTERNATIVO, SUS INTEGRANTES SON VIRTUOSOS Y GENIOS
This is such a groundbreaker--the pinnacle of first-gen Italian prog. It's all there..the drama, the shift-on-the-fly chord changes, the precision and the sophistication. Makes one wonder what influences these guys as a collective back then got them all wound up and so awesomely inspired?!??
@piafounet Indeed the Japanese have certainly kept the CD album in print and alive complete with the rice paper protected pages, similar to the original Italian PolyGram vinyl pressing.
I bought this CD in 1993 and it is the greatest piece of rock music to be written. If you listen close in the very beginning it is the wind blowing in to start the Introduzione. He does the sound of the wind with his magic vocal wow wow wow!!!!!
I used to listen to YS in Mexico city where Ill Balleto Di Bronzo is very well known. There was this radio station called Rock 101 and they played it often in a show dedicated to the progresive rock. They described it as a Masterpiece and explained that every sound in it had been meant to be there and was perfectly executed... I belive the same and feel fortunate for being able to hear this album. Molto grazie! excuse my spelling in Italian and English.
I encourage anyone who's even glancing at this to listen to this and then listen to Mars Volta. Though they've never actually acknowledged it, I believe this to be their biggest influence. At least, most stuff in this region and music style. RDM might also be chalked up to the same block.
Thanks for putting up the album. I've grown a little tiresome of only seeing the live performance. Also cool.
e pensare che la maggior parte degli italiani crede che la musica italiana dell'epoca si fermasse ai papaveri e alle papere

A nice melding of ELP's keyboard virtuosity and some of the darker elements of King Crimson.

It ..Mars Volta.. has not heard it.
Could you teach when there is a tune of the recommendation?

De-Loused in the Comatorium (2003), Frances The Mute (2005) (for me the Best), and the last one is good to: The Bedlam in Goliath (2008)

thank you for posting masterpiece.
