I'm pretty sure they (Lionhead) were just forced into making this game because they (Microsoft) thought it would attract people into buying a Kinect. Count me out though, I LIKE Fable, but this is just a joke with the name Fable in it.... PASS!
Doesn't anyone not think this game will be a fun game where you can role play like never before? Sure it won't be free roam, but so what? I play Fable for the story and fun, not for the open world side.
It will have a great story and it will be fun to play so I see no reason for myself to complain.

Actually, nothing can be certain without confirmation. They never confirmed it will be on rails and Peter Molyneux himself has said that the game is NOT a fully rails game(I can't find the interview he said it in).
I believe Lionhead can make fun game(hence the great reviews all the games have got). Lionhead made Fable 1 and 2 that were good RPGs and Fable 3 was a great action-adventure game! But it was a terrible RPG. Why? Because they never claimed or aimed to make an RPG, they ALWAYS said it was an action-adventure game! People looking for an RPG in Halo with think the game is awful! Fans should stop looking for things that aren't there and accept what it always has been.

Everyone seems to think that experience points and the like are what make an RPG but Fable III takes a more modern stance. I'm merely stating that whatever PM may claim, it is still an RPG, and I personally thought it was a quite good one. Although I would disagree that the lack of a health system that allows you to die is not a bad thing. It was my main problem with the game (Fable II also).

@eeeen321 I don't know, this sounds kinda interesting as a story. I mean, there's no heroes they can only do two things. Go on some quest to make a guy become a hero, maybe by some old dark ritual make him become of hero blood, or they'll try to pull off the series without any heroes wich could ruin the series permanently in my opinion.
