its funny when i got his lost paris tapes about 15 years ago I put the same reverb on the whiskey and mystics and men, without the music thought it sounded cool lol I was 17 at the time

You might want to use ableton live to make the music and vocals in time, take off a little of the delay (reverb as well). And this has a roadhouse blues feel to it.  ROCK ON!
