well takeru and sonya work out alot, and they dont eat like regular people. since their metabolism is so high, it burns like nothing once it goes in their body. but unlike the american challengers, they dont work it off after. but i gotta say when you eat that much, your body doesn't allow you to exercise after. but kobayashi does.

Kobayashi is what got me into watching, because they showed these big guys, then showed this kid (when was starting out). If he'd been non-Asian, it still would have caught my attention.
