Wow, Archfiend. You managed to stop going to one of the top parks in America for SHIT! You're so, so very stupid. And I agree with TheSidewaysking completely; if they do this to one person, they have to do it to everyone, and if everyone is jumping to the head of the line, it's a terrible line for people without problems. I agree, this would be a bad experience for anyone, but don't go *****ing about things that are out of EVERYONE'S, INCLUDING THE PARK'S hands!
Oh, and yes I did get quite a resoponse from them. The park president got my season pass and every CEO in the company and the President of the company got mailed a letter as well. They went out of their way to personally contact me. Even expressed that their policy is flawed.
I told them "I don't care. Too late now. I had you guys confused for a REAL theme park. I'll go to Diney or Busch parks that has a remedy for an issue like this THAT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PASS HOLDER."
I never really thought they would care in all honesty. That video was more of a knee jerk reaction and I got my message across. I can't believe how many people like yourself have come to me with their view/stories of the park. I honestly did not think it was THAT bad till I heard from all you guys. so many bad stories from that park.
Shocker they are bankrupt. Disney and Busch have different protocol for someone with my issue that day.
