For the inner walls let it be natural.

Add pillars of water from the storage to those bottom areas to make it seem as they "support" the Mountain Storage.

The dirt/grass/stone looks good, if its all stone it will either look like a cave (which it isn't) or a really weird building. The way it is now it uses its surroundings and looks like it flows nicely
