however the title was morbid and didn't fit the movie at all
i felt a sense of hope at the end of the story not the fact that he was going to die. well i might just be in denial :( anyway in this video theere are some deleted scenes anybody got the link to the full extended movie???
this movie touches me in so many ways its so romantic and sad and i am glade julia roberts played in this she does a good job and does scott too good movie and so much heart

Sadly in these days I found out my dad's got cancer and watching this movie had made me cry even more. :/

I agree that it was an open ending. He'd agreed to fight the disease. He could still beat it so the title seems too dark.
