After watching this, I have just re lived what happened to me. Iv ruptured MCL, ACL and torn and dislodged meniscus. I stood up after the injury (as I thought it was broken) and my leg completly gave way from underneath me. It was horrific!!! I am awaiting surgery for reconstruction:(
I ripped my MCL in December 2005 when I landed on somebody's foot when playing basketball. It could have been worse if I didn't jump away. But I felt my leg bend sideways. Still I was able to walk off the floor under my own power.
I did the SAME thing playing beach volleyball my knee did the exact same thing and I didn't feel much, just last night I reinjured it and it's WORSE this time, last mri i had in 2008 for it they didn't tell me anything and I had to let it heal by it's self it took over a year. I feel your pain :(
im about 6 months out of surgery after tearing my acl,mcl, and menicus. to all you newly injured, it gets better. the key is to stay positive. i let myself get depressed because i felt robbed. i was almost a (RS) freshmen starter for my football team. it can be hard on every aspect of your life but you can still make a full recover and reach your dreams. keep your head up.
Tuesday I tore my MCL, LCL, Menicus and a partical tear to my ACL. Its so Bad :( Idk how to deal with the pain. I might have to get surgery will know in 2 weeks. Its my senior year and i blew it out on my first bball game and i have a scholarship.. i hope it all will work out :(
i juss had surgery on the 7th of this month on my acl and meniscus repair ..... the pain that same night of surgery was horrible, i cried, my mama had slept in my room with me .... can't walk on it til next month ):

awww I wish I was able to take care of you after this. I get injured a lot it's always comforting when you have someone by your side.

OMG I know that feeling I had it too :( I had surgery on 2011 august 23
so you had an ACL surgery too? How is your knee right now?Is it OK?
