Oh my god. I went to this video, search to see if the v5 really was released, it WAS, Sega closed the site of the game, I found another link, downloading it right now at 76%.....too much pressure for me to take.

They had 8 years to send a C&D to these guys (apparently the developers even told Sega about the project!), yet they waited until AFTER the release to respond... by which time a million people had already downloaded it, played it, and put their own links up...

The site is not closed. They just had a bandwith overload. What screwed them up was that donation link to pay for the bandwith due to new traffic over the game release, but since Sega contacted them, they got rid of that donation link thinking it could be that Sega misunderstood, but I hope things work out in the end.
