Theres a bar that fills up after a certain amount of attacks. theres no set amount but the time it takes to fill the bar usually takes the same time to fill up again.

lol dragonstrike is probably the best out of all of them lol since energy orb acts like a chain lightning attack from warcraft where the first mob it hits gets the highest dmg then it gets cut down the more mobs it hits so you're not really doing a lot of dmg

Actually backspin only does 240% atk but personally I fell they are fairly equal untill you get stun mastery as I really don't use backspin much because most of the time I use cork/backspin it is when I am making a mob and even then I only use it like once or twice leaving me enough to to charge cork before I leave for my next mob (at windraiders at least)
