The Ultimate Chimera was just a joke char, it's meant to be invincible and always a 1 hit = kill, pwnd. If you don't like it don't download it.

Yet due to the tremendous diversity of chars merging within the MUGEN world, balance is more of a dream, a dream that must be fulfilled by the one who downloads MUGEN. When you do so, you must choose every char you download carefully, make sure it's fun to fight with and against it.

@robloxman41 I don't get what you mean. The point is that this char is a joke char, a "just for fun" char and all it has is 1 hit KO attacks. Some people may think that's great. in some sense it is, but if you want to play in VS mode against someone else this means no fun at all!!!

So, people must make sure they have a balanced roster before going VS since cheap chars are not fun but for arcade.

That's not what he means. The Ultimate Chimera in mugen is based on the way it works in the Brawl stage. It does the exact same attack and it even hits the opponent over the screen like in smash bros.
