The group of believers made by Allah through his appointed ones can NEVER be equated with Sects made by Mullahs.

Hadhrat All (R.A.) says Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "A time is soon to come when Islam will remain only by name, and the Qur'aan will exist only in words. Muhammad (SAW) only followed what was revealed to him (6:50), and according to 2:23 it is impossible to produce more Revelation besides the Qur’an. No-one can accept ahadith as Revelation if it does not satisfy the challenge in 2:23. Allah (SWT) says that this could not happen, so one has to disbelieve the Qur'an to accept the ahadith as revelation. If revelation which is not equal to the Qur'an is followed, then the challenge in 2:23, 17:88 etc. is redundant. Must be produced if truthful 52:34.

Nothing is obligatory except following the Message, and so obeying the Messenger here refers to obeying the obligatory Message (which is why obeying the Messenger will lead to the right way.

@MesMorial : Dear, you are right that Source of Faith should ONLY be Quran And not Hadith. Hadith can only be an explanation of Quran. This is what we believe. Quran tells us that there is a lesson in the stories of earlier Prophets {12:111} and Quran also tells us that Muslims was to abandon Quran, as we witness today. So, the Hadith about Mullahs becoming WORST CREATURE is inline with Quran & not against it. Secondly, we ourselves witness that Mullahs are WORST among human today.

@MesMorial : Quran does say to OBEY ALLAH & OBEY THE PROPHET. Obeying Allah is to obey what Allah has revealed in Quran & to obey Prophet (saw) is to obey his explanation of Quran. We as Ahmadi Muslim, REJECT this idea that Hadith is Above Quran. We believe that ONLY those Ahadith are to be followed which have roots in Quran no matter to which book of Hadith it belong. The Qur'an was preserved (15:9) so no new prophet is needed, and 7:185, 45:6...which hadith would you believe AFTER this (the Qur'an)?

Prophet had no duty to explain the Qur'an. Only a Messenger (24:54). Allah (SWT) explained it (75:19).

You would have to explain why the Qur'an is not enough and why another "explainer" is needed (especially if you believe that Muhammad (SAW)) already explained it.

It is true that Quran is preserved. For every task Allah device a system. So for preserving text of Quran Allah created means for the same that it was memorized by heart by thousands as well as it was written in the lifetime of Prophet (saw). For preservation of its meanings Allah sent Mujadids at the beginning of every century till Messiah appeared in 14th century. Why u send your children in school/collages despite books available?

@MesMorial The QURAN is a book of Orders and instructions from the Almighty ALLAH.A Need of an Explanation  is felt as the orders are way hard to understand and exercise until an examplary path is set up for you,Hence the Holy Prophet (PBUH) hadith's are necessary to elaborate the performance of that order.
