the only physical way to get that emblem is to have all titles and emblems and gun perks done. all perks pro. and u have to get stinger head shots which is almost impossible, so u need to be ''unlegit'' 10th prestige to have all titles and emblems.

The best are TAR, SCAR-H and AK-47, these are the best at damage(why am i not counting SMG's and LMG or Snipers, assault rifles are for both short and long distances

ACR is has low recoil and medium damage

F2000 has the highest recoil, and damage is somewhere near to M16A4 but as youm are incapable of killing at long distances this gun is mostly used with RUN & GUN strategy

guys there is no legit way to get th espinning skull that emblem was set by hackers when the first month of mw2 came out they had the mw2 patch al for them selves they could do anything with it so they first did an spinning skull as an emblem and then the makers of mw2 patched it and they got it back and they couldnt get the skull out so it became a emblem

I know how to unlock it... although it's technically impossible. The .csv file was oppened which tells you how to unlock it. the challenge was supposed to be ak-47 veteran IV(4). However this challenge is inexistant, it only goes to ak-47 veteran III, which is 1000 kills with it. HOWEVER if you get into a challenge lobby, it says you have ak-47 veteran IIII(they didn`t put IV) complete which is 2500 kills with it. I don`t know if this would work but try continuing getting kills with it and see.

its impossible to get it legit, even if you have all the time in the world, infinity ward disabled challenges called the black challenges right before the release of modern warfare 2, if you complete every black challenge, you get the spinning 10th but you need to be 10th level 70 to recieve the challenges, this also answers the question why you dont get anything once you hit 10th level 70, and what a challenge lobby does is it completes every challenge on the disc including the black challenges

I KNOW HOW TO GET IT. i have it and i don't use hacks. i finished a match, and saw i got a new spinning skull emblem. i wondered what i did that was so special, and i remembered i did 2 headshots with 1 bullet [ALL PRO]. but this wasn't my first time, more like me 3rd... so lets look at the emblem - spinning skull (headshot), 3 little dots on each side (3 bullets, 6 people total). so you need to do [ALL PRO] 3 times..
