This Guy is wrong you can loose fat and gain muscle there is no reason why the human body needs fat to bulk up. if you guys want grat advice go to schoobysworkshop
@Cassyan Yeah man...got a bit distracted lately, you know how it is. Gonna do some new vids soon, particularly around simple, tasty bulking up meals. Dunno about you but I get tired of eating the same old shit every day in order to beef up.
everyone who doubts all this obviously never had enough drive to build muscle, it's as easy as doing a little research on the internet so you know what you're doing...
for example in 30 days to gain 10 lbs assuming you burn about 3000 calories a day (a good rough average for about a 200 lb man) you would need to gain one third of a lb a day which is only roughly an exess of 1000 calories a day... so you would need to eat 4000 calories a day for 30 days to gain 10 pounds during that month..... that's FAR from impossible... just do the math people and educate yourself.
i've personally gained 25 lbs in the last 2 months..... what he's saying is correct, it's not about your workouts really as much as it is about EATING. I only work out maybe 3 times a week and only do the basic compound movements like he said... it works and for all of you who this doesn't work for EAT MORE, eat every couple hours your awake and always make sure there's some protien in every meal
I dont like when you say eat like a horse! This is not true. If you overeat, you will get fat! you dont need fat to gain muscle. All you need is tear the muscle tissue and get one to one and half grams of protein per body weight along with good low fat nutrition.
30 lbs of muscle in 6 months lol......impossible unless aided with the use of steroids. 8ibs of muscle in 1 year is an excellent gain.... what a load of rubbish
i think it is 100% possible to gain 30 lbs of muscle in 6 months naturally. however if your allready built i don't think it is but if you were a skinny kid who never worked out and ate bad but then started to workout 40 hours a week and eat 300 grams of protein then it would be possible.
@hotgymnast67 Yes, this is the key. If you already weigh 300 lbs, it's difficult to gain a lot of weight fast (because it takes a lot more calories just to maintain what you have). But if you're really light and skinny to begin with, it's easy to pack on a lot of mass quickly. That's the whole point of the site - to help skinny dudes pack on 30 or 40 lbs in the space of a few months.
nice advices man!!!.....i laugh when you said eat like a horse....bu you are right.........nutricion is the key.........if you dont eat right then forget about the muscles..........build with your clear mind.......absolutely right........dont let your girlfriend or your boss to break your balls.........lol
I am going to start this program, but i have to ask - Should i not do ANY isolation excersises????? I know its ok to do the calves but im talking bout the arms - no arms excersises??
You can do isolation exercises you want (you can throw in some bicep curls/tricep extensions). However, it's not necessary if you want to increase the overall size of your body.
great guide, tips and help. What I've done previously is do a short work out in the morning and a longer work out in the after, after the evening work out get a tin of tuna down you. I eat like a horse anyway but this worked very quickly.
Excellent video Richard, great advice and I totally agree with this based on my experience in the last 7 months of training (I have vids too). Hope to see more in the future, thanks again!
nice work, its simple, doesnt ask anything of you and straight to the point. there is no 7pages to read before they tell you that the "secrets" you are looking for are not there and that you have to buy a freaking book! great work and thanks a lot
Thanks for your kind comments. I've also written a short 7 day guide to bulking up, for the busy man. You can download this from the website in the video for free.
Anyone watching this just leave he has no idea what hes talking about!!!!!
