Poor baby has anencephaly which is incompatible with life. Some undeveloped or uneducated countries would not know this, hence the screaming and so on in the background, plus the handling of the baby with such curiosity from the care givers/whoever is filming.

This video should be taken down by You Tube to give the baby and its parents the dignity that they as fellow humans should ordinarily have.

He has a condition called anencephaly - where babies are born without large portions of their skulls and/or brains. He will never feel pain or gain consciousness.
