I had 5 inch shells one year shot a dozen off on july 1st we didnt get in trouble even tho the cops are on our ass every year...plus phantom is WAY OVERPRICED i didnt watch the whole vid but if that kit was around 100$ i couldve got it for $75 so yea phantom= overpriced
