Find mysql entry and delete it. Then reboot.

I have Mysql server 5.5, I have the "Start service" to work, My only problem is getting the "Apply security settings" check mark to work. I have allowed all Mysql Programs through my McaFee firewall. Can you please help me getting the sever to start and run perfectly. (Also the other Checks are in)
