for all you new zealanders you guys pay double the price for everything :| and the service sux as sht lol .. they sell iphone here for 500 $ and you guys buy it for 1200$ and no unlimited data plans.

is good you can laugh about it..vodafone has to be the biggest shower of bastards that i have ever dealt with..earlier today i nearly smashed up the phone shop in rage..the shop girls also have to dial up the same numbers the customers use and also have to use the automated answer services ect..how the fuck can they sleep at night..i was going to mash the place up just to see would anyone show up in court from vodafone or would they give me free credit to keep it quiet.. thanks for the cheer up.

I dealt with vodafone for 2 years with hundreds of customers using prepaid SIMs for their alarms.

VF are terrible at service, they deserve to lose every customer they have. I had to go into the main office to get something done once. They still couldn't fic the problem. But in the end, they just don't care about you and my new company and the other one we're forming uses Telecom.

Wouldn't use VF even if they gave me free phones and free calls becuase they'd still stuff up.

To be honest, if you paying for something than you should be knowing all the relevant details. Its just same as any other bill you pay. You guys just wasted 10 min of your life i guess.

the reason they ask for a pin is to verify you are the account holder,as the acount holder you should know it, if they didn't do that anyone who knew your name and number could ring in and order anything they wanted in your name and then you would be ranting that vodafone let someone commit fraud on your account, dnt blame vodafone customer care because you are too dumb to navigate an automated sefvice you baffoon.

Vodafone is just ripping people, they charge for talking to CC and they are charging to much for calls as well. No real alternative but I still rekon Telecom is better then worst (Vodafone), There is nothing best !!!

Haha I love this! I am a total Telecom fan! I wis i could have an I phone but on a telecom plan. I like telecom so much I started thefacebook page for them. Not a huge fan of the end tho. haha
