Enel has CoO, without CoA , which is armament haki, he wouldnt be able to hit kizaru, who is a logia. Every single person enel attacked lived after the skypeia saga, so saying enel's atacks are strongers is just plain wrong. Oda said that if Enel were on the blue sea his bounty would be 500,000,000 million not 600,000,000. please get your facts right.

@DasAlienYota happy new year to you too =). but kizaru definitely has haki, you don't get to admiral tier without CoA. enel vs luffy was a fluke, but if the same thing happened to kizaru, he would stomp luffy because of his monstrous strength (he had some amazing strength feats during the war, WB used haki against aokiji, but it was probably negated by aokiji's own haki. If enel had CoA, he would have won the fight against luffy. basically we can't say enel has it because it was not shown.

Luffy can't stand against 3 or 2 of them right now (after time skip) but I think he can handle one for sure, so Zoro and Sanji have to take care of the 2 others, but right now (I know thei're a lot stronger) they can't take an admiral. There's only 2 options for them: Akuma no Mi (Logia ones) or Busoshoku Haki.

@Liberare87 From what we've seen, i don't think the general vice admirals are that strong. Luffy did get a little hurt from fighting a few at marineford but he was exhausted as it is. Maybe a few of the vice admirals could one-hit a pacifista easily(Garp being the most obvious) but i doubt luffy should be considered as strong as the general vice-admiral. However, We need a 1v1 serious fight between a vice admiral and lufy in the future for a good comparison. A fight between an admiral as well :P

@Dantethedemon16 in Garp's case he's refused promotion to Admiral several times, so he's actually more powerful than a vice-admiral would probably be. Luffy will also have trouble with VAs as they are also masters of Haki, which negate his rubber power. He needs power and technique like Marco The Phoenix to properly fight them.

@SantomPh Wellfirst off, Luffy DID Master Busoshoku Haki, the Haki that combats all devil fruit eater's its said that he seem's to have mastered this Haki and we don't even know what else he can do. Busoshoku Haki itself combats the admiral's logia thus he can 'Hit' them unlike last time. Though he may or may not be admiral level yet he and the crew will get stronger through time...

If you watched all these One Piece episodes, then you would notice that when any objects that have went through him, he just stands there like he didn't notice it. When he does his lightspeed, he has to make contact with his opponent so he can hit them, since he can hit, he can also be hit by any attacks. Otherwise, haki is the only thing that can touch him.
