    step 2 - another while window restarting just press F8, then select Last good known configuration , then it may be enter ..or restore ur computer as past..

  • I haven't seen the whole video. You can't log in? PC's just showing that it's starting up. If you are using welcome screen and you have a password, maybe your PC is set so that it logs on automatically. If you have a password it can't logon auto. I downloaded a TuneUp (can do a lot of things), but it can also disable that auto log in, so when u startup, it'll ask you to chose a user. Or you can change "the way users log on" under User Acc in Control panel.
