What? How can you lose respect for John Rakin having courage and patience to expose a repudiated mind, and false doctrine by Fred Phelps? This clearly shows what is hate & what is not. Hate is Fred, but a simple disagreement with Love whether it be on culture, political, Science, bible issues is John. Fred Phelps, is one of the reasons why some people use as an excuse for not excepting Jesus Christ as Lord. This man, executes Hate and takes the bible text out of content.
Now that I look at my comment I originally made, I definitely worded that wrong. I have a lot of respect for John Rankin. I have heard a number of his debates and think he has good perspective on things. Really, I just meant I think debating Phelps is a complete waste of time and I'm not sure why Rankin even bothered with it. Phelps has mental issues and his opinion has pretty much no value.

Honestly, I kind of lose some respect for John Rankin for him even debating Fred Phelps. Phelps is a psychopath.
