I disagree with your points on CAS collecting evidence against you. I am a current crown ward of the Children's Aid Society in Ontario. CAS is not here to break up families, they are here to protect children...

@thetruthergirls Abuse in the system meaning? Yes, I am aware that child abuse happens everywhere, I was mentally abused by many old foster parents, but those situations were dealt with accordingly. I am an advocate for my agency and every Youth in Care in Canada (with the National Youth in Care Network) as well as all Youth in Care in Ontario (with YouthCAN).
@fairytalenicole Go watch the documentary. If you are an advocate, that's great. Maybe you can make a difference and see to it that this kind of stuff stops happening. It's great that CAS is there to help kids who need it, but when there is abuse in the foster care system, it needs to be deal with properly and not just covered up.

Social workers and psychologists need clients to get paid, therefore they very often "produce" clients. As Sonia said in another video: the more assistance you accept or need, the less freedom you have.
Make sure you don't need assictance from a social worker by keeping your house and family in order (don't commit adultery, don't get divorced, don't get drunk, don't take drugs, don't park your kids in front of the TV etc.). For more advice on this read the bible.
Everything is a Business and money. and look who gets hurt kids. they don;t have no one to care for them so they end up being taken advantage of. this gets me mad. This kind of thing happened in PA. Where a Judge was paid millions or direct people into the prison system . He would send kids to jail for months and years for something as little as throwing food at his step father. Also, I did not make much money while working in the social services system. I certainly was not able to provide much of a life for my daughter with that job! What I saw was most people not being paid much, working long hours under great pressure. I did not meet any foster parents. Again I was an office person, I was not an attorney or social worker so how about backing off of me. Back in the day most families were kept together not torn apart. Maybe it is different today.
I have removed my comments which I thought were informative because of emails. Seems there are many that want to shoot the messenger. Again, I did not create or enforce rules. I only handled paperwork. BTW, I do have a child and she turned out to be a very well adjusted, intelligent, very well educated, happy adult. She is happy which is the most important thing to me. I am proud I was able to help give her the type of life I never had.

I only explained how I saw the system work. I was not a social worker, I handled paperwork for that department. I did not make the rules, nor enforce them. If you don't like the system, use your energy to learn how to change them via the appropriate channels. I have not worked with this in 15 years.
I don't know how it is in Canada, but here in America what you are talking about is part of job creation. It's not ok for a state representative to come into your house and ask if you're hiding a Jew in the attic, but it creates jobs because we can't forget paper companies- the companies that create it, the companies that package it, that sell it, people who inspect it, and so on as well as all the paperwork that needs to be done. I know, I grew up in the foster care system. I'm 46 years old now, but the bitter memories fail to leave me. It would seem mankinds legacy in the end will be nothing short of misery. @Kathylouu The kid had a speech delay and turned out to have a hearing problem and they asked for help with getting the twins to bed on time. That was all. I don't think it's the social workers' place to dictate to her that she should leave her husband of 20 years. There is no abuse or neglect of the children, only that the husband yells at the wife. It's extreme to break up a family over that. It's a nightmare for her. She did 7 rounds of IVF to get pregnant.
The CAS that we know is in no way working for the children. The workers we know, shouldn't be looking after a dog. If you want to mess up a kid, get them involved with the CAS.

I doubt it's a satanic cult, I see it as more like a bunch of self righteous pricks who buy their own bullshit but really could care less. Eventually the child ends up with deviants.
Social workers are for the most part unregulated; most lack the skills to differentiate between what is abuse and what is suspected abuse. It's really a inept profession that serves big-pharma, and other "research" groups that give them grant money over humanity. I used to see one myself and soon realized how incredibly unprofessional she was I filed a complaint with HHS that did nothing. It's an out-of-control profession and none of them are ever held liable until the laws change.
In my conclusion, this Child Protection Service is a part of the NEW WORLD ORDER. If you are stupid enough to trust them, your children might be end up in the EVIL foster family custody. I heard in many foster families, foster kids eat different foods than the foods the foster families eat. Foster kids eat only peanut jelly sandwitch while foster family eat beef steak, mashed potates, soup, salad and desert. When my friend went to see her grand daughter in the foster family, she was suprised and shocked. 14 year old grand daughter had only a pair of jeans and shower curtain in her room. Can you imagine a typical teenager girl has how much stuff in her room usually?
In Washington, the foster family had 5 foster kids. They took the videoes that showed the foster father was molesting those kids. He posted those videoes on Youtube, and finally he was arrested by a police. But my question to the Child Protection Service is that you don't check those foster familes at all? I feel sad that there are too many abuse in the foster families. The Child Protection Service does not care after they place those children and get some money.

I was prepared to hear the worst and there are famous horror stories here in France, but I keep meeting adults who spent time in foster care and it went great, and they became foster parents later. It doesn't pay much but your city hall will vet you. It is considered good for the existing kids to have a few outsiders in, it's sharing and learning. If you follow the money on child protective services it will shock you. In the US our social security deductions from our pay checks are used to keep children in foster care. The state receives 2K a month for a child with little or no disability and up to 6K per month when the child has physical or mental problems. I've been fighting to get permanency for my grandson for almost 3 years. He's with me, but this case needs to end. The agency doesn't want to stop their money grab so he is in limbo.

The social workers then fixated on the children's weight. the family moved into a Big Brother house. the kids were taken when the mother 'violated the contract' y letting her daughter sleep at the father's place on night, missing curfew. That's nuts.

I somehow doubt it, because (although I know there are good foster parents out there), I keep hearing of people who were severely neglected in 'care' while their guardians bought new cars and other fancy stuff for themselves.
Anyway, I do know that ALOT of children are taken for the smallest amount of issues within a home. I think it depends on the state or county, because it seems like there are some agencies within the child protective system that are more extreme or willing to take a child away from their home than others. I'm not saying that drug addict parents or extremely abusive parents shouldn't have their children taken, but it seems like there are many that slip through without need. It's devastating.
@beckoninglight16 From my own personal experience, the only people I have ever met who had their children taken away were extremely irresponsible parents. They loved their kids but absolutely did not have their lives under control and could not provide a safe environment. But even in their cases, I think more could have been done to keep the family together. Siblings were split up, birth parents did not have overnight visits, no real support was given, etc.

But just to give you an example outside of the stories I've read about parents getting their children taken due to homeschooling or just living without electricity on a farm...A woman I graduated highschool with had her two boys taken because her 6 month old died of SIDS. (Sudden Infant Death). She is now fighting the system to get them back and only has visitation! SIDS is undetermined in the USA. It's disgusting that she's grieving her baby and her two other boys now

I was worried about having CPS come into my home after my aunt called and exaggerated alot of events, just to be malicious towards my husband and I. We luckily got an old cop (over 60 years old) who was assigned to the case, since our real case worker was too busy to handle it. He was very understanding and willing to listen. He is also old fashioned, so he wasn't quite as judgemental as some younger, real case workers probably are. I read alot of stories online about CPS just taking kids though
Was made 2 feel like the worse person on the planet,because they gave my dangerous teen boys that I couldn't handle (4) of them at a time.I would say no and they made me feel like I was being selfish.They would destroy my home and would not get any replacement of my things.Found that most of the teens in care were just plain spoiled and parents couldn't control them.Foster parents don't get paid enough for trying to help out.Try it and find out.

I know one who, when I asked her if she was planning to have kids, said "No, I'm not going to breed.' Honestly, that statement shocked and terrified me- to think that people like that are in charge of intervening in families lives and deciding when kids are removed from a home. They don't understand what it is to love a child.

My next door neighbor here in Va had a foster child for about 8 years... this child was basically treated like a slave, she was mentally and sexually abused. When my wife and I told the school officials, they blew us off and said the BRUISES on her were caused by "falling". Only after the child tried to KILL HERSELF was she finally removed from the house... and the two pedophiles who still live next door have no record.... not on any sexual predator list.

the school called the CAS on me because my daughters wheelchair kept breaking down, but acsd wouldn't replace it for another year ... anyway, when they came over i thought it was obsurd, so i put my recording device on the table. they wouldn't speak to me if i was recording them. so fine they left. they called everyone i ever knew (school,dentist,work,doctor) and asked about my homelife, needless to say the next school trip i chaperoned, the teacher only gave me one child to watch......my own :(
@dirtyprettyme Beacuse her chair was breaking down? My God. My husband has a chair and he was going around with a broken footrest for about a YEAR before they finally got him a new chair. It takes forever to get things like that fixed. But CAS workers wouldn't know anything about that.

Canada foster care and family services system is draconian, reptilian, as David Icke says, does not matter if you believe this or that, they are an evil system. I CALL THEM "THE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS SYSTEM OF THE 21ST CENTURY" I have fought them several times, but they even over rule the power of the courts system which also is draconian...
Getting paid makes sense somewhat for having foster kids...but it just causes corruption obviously. And i know that these people do anything to cause corruption (the high up people i mean).
@JustABitchyCancer I meant to say, the CAS as an organization gets funded based on how many kids they had the previous year. If they have fewer kids one year, the next year their funding is cut. That's a BIG problem, a setup for them to take as many kids as they can, to secure their funding.

What is so wrong with people being charitable these days? Why must we always expect some sort of compensation? @GovOfWolves All parents in Canada get subsidy for daycare plus tax refunds and 'family allowance' and one would think that that should be sufficient for foster parents, too. Why should they get more money than birth parents? If anything, they should give birth parents more money instead of taking their kids away because they can't afford proper food or whatever.

Anyway I found out through all that drama that in canada if you have foster kids (i don't know how it is in the US) you get paid. And that she did her makeup hauls and bought all the expensive items that way instead of giving that money to the kids.

It's great that CAS is there to help kids who need it, but when there is abuse in the foster care system, it needs to be deal with properly and not just covered up.

Social workers and psychologists need clients to get paid, therefore they very often "produce" clients. As Sonia said in another video: the more assistance you accept or need, the less freedom you have.
Make sure you don't need assictance from a social worker by keeping your house and family in order (don't commit adultery, don't get divorced, don't get drunk, don't take drugs, don't park your kids in front of the TV etc.). For more advice on this read the bible.

Also, I did not make much money while working in the social services system. I certainly was not able to provide much of a life for my daughter with that job! What I saw was most people not being paid much, working long hours under great pressure. I did not meet any foster parents. Again I was an office person, I was not an attorney or social worker so how about backing off of me. Back in the day most families were kept together not torn apart. Maybe it is different today.

I only handled paperwork. BTW, I do have a child and she turned out to be a very well adjusted, intelligent, very well educated, happy adult. She is happy which is the most important thing to me. I only explained how I saw the system work. I was not a social worker, I handled paperwork for that department. I did not make the rules, nor enforce them. I know, I grew up in the foster care system. I'm 46 years old now, but the bitter memories fail to leave me. It would seem mankinds legacy in the end will be nothing short of misery. @Kathylouu The kid had a speech delay and turned out to have a hearing problem and they asked for help with getting the twins to bed on time. That was all. I don't think it's the social workers' place to dictate to her that she should leave her husband of 20 years. There is no abuse or neglect of the children, only that the husband yells at the wife. It's extreme to break up a family over that. It's a nightmare for her. She did 7 rounds of IVF to get pregnant.

They don't want you to check your kids are OK at all. They want 110% control over your kids after the kids are taken away from you. Social workers are for the most part unregulated; most lack the skills to differentiate between what is abuse and what is suspected abuse. It's really a inept profession that serves big-pharma, and other "research" groups that give them grant money over humanity. I used to see one myself and soon realized how incredibly unprofessional she was I filed a complaint with HHS that did nothing. It's an out-of-control profession and none of them are ever held liable until the laws change.

I heard in many foster families, foster kids eat different foods than the foods the foster families eat. Foster kids eat only peanut jelly sandwitch while foster family eat beef steak, mashed potates, soup, salad and desert. When my friend went to see her grand daughter in the foster family, she was suprised and shocked. 14 year old grand daughter had only a pair of jeans and shower curtain in her room. In Washington, the foster family had 5 foster kids. They took the videoes that showed the foster father was molesting those kids. He posted those videoes on Youtube, and finally he was arrested by a police. But my question to the Child Protection Service is that you don't check those foster familes at all? I feel sad that there are too many abuse in the foster families. The Child Protection Service does not care after they place those children and get some money.

I was prepared to hear the worst and there are famous horror stories here in France, but I keep meeting adults who spent time in foster care and it went great, and they became foster parents later. It doesn't pay much but your city hall will vet you. It is considered good for the existing kids to have a few outsiders in, it's sharing and learning. The problem was often when the kids were sent back to their families eventually. I HAVE HEARD BAD STORIES FROM ENGLAND, THO, big time! Uprated.

If you follow the money on child protective services it will shock you. In the US our social security deductions from our pay checks are used to keep children in foster care. The state receives 2K a month for a child with little or no disability and up to 6K per month when the child has physical or mental problems. I've been fighting to get permanency for my grandson for almost 3 years. He's with me, but this case needs to end. The agency doesn't want to stop their money grab so he is in limbo.

Anyway, I do know that ALOT of children are taken for the smallest amount of issues within a home. I think it depends on the state or county, because it seems like there are some agencies within the child protective system that are more extreme or willing to take a child away from their home than others. I'm not saying that drug addict parents or extremely abusive parents shouldn't have their children taken, but it seems like there are many that slip through without need. It's devastating.

@beckoninglight16 From my own personal experience, the only people I have ever met who had their children taken away were extremely irresponsible parents. They loved their kids but absolutely did not have their lives under control and could not provide a safe environment. But even in their cases, I think more could have been done to keep the family together. Siblings were split up, birth parents did not have overnight visits, no real support was given, etc.

But just to give you an example outside of the stories I've read about parents getting their children taken due to homeschooling or just living without electricity on a farm...A woman I graduated highschool with had her two boys taken because her 6 month old died of SIDS. (Sudden Infant Death). She is now fighting the system to get them back and only has visitation! SIDS is undetermined in the USA. It's disgusting that she's grieving her baby and her two other boys now

I was worried about having CPS come into my home after my aunt called and exaggerated alot of events, just to be malicious towards my husband and I. We luckily got an old cop (over 60 years old) who was assigned to the case, since our real case worker was too busy to handle it. He was very understanding and willing to listen. He is also old fashioned, so he wasn't quite as judgemental as some younger, real case workers probably are. I read alot of stories online about CPS just taking kids though

Worked with CAS for 4 years as a foster mom.
Was made 2 feel like the worse person on the planet,because they gave my dangerous teen boys that I couldn't handle (4) of them at a time.I would say no and they made me feel like I was being selfish.They would destroy my home and would not get any replacement of my things.Found that most of the teens in care were just plain spoiled and parents couldn't control them.Foster parents don't get paid enough for trying to help out.Try it and find out.

I know one who, when I asked her if she was planning to have kids, said "No, I'm not going to breed.' Honestly, that statement shocked and terrified me- to think that people like that are in charge of intervening in families lives and deciding when kids are removed from a home. They don't understand what it is to love a child.

When my wife and I told the school officials, they blew us off and said the BRUISES on her were caused by "falling". Only after the child tried to KILL HERSELF was she finally removed from the house... and the two pedophiles who still live next door have no record.... not on any sexual predator list.

oh and btw, my daughter that is disabled.They wanted her in the worst way... she must have been worth their christmas bonus or something? I did get ahold of a lawyer and they backed down.

Really good post Sonya. This is a topic that needs way more light on it. The Criminal Justice system in general needs focus and the judicial system is actually the unsung villain of much of societies short comings. The CAS in particular really can demonstrate our legal systems parasitic nature.

the school called the CAS on me because my daughters wheelchair kept breaking down, but acsd wouldn't replace it for another year ... anyway, when they came over i thought it was obsurd, so i put my recording device on the table. they wouldn't speak to me if i was recording them. so fine they left. they called everyone i ever knew (school,dentist,work,doctor) and asked about my homelife, needless to say the next school trip i chaperoned, the teacher only gave me one child to watch......my own :(

@dirtyprettyme Beacuse her chair was breaking down? My God. My husband has a chair and he was going around with a broken footrest for about a YEAR before they finally got him a new chair. It takes forever to get things like that fixed. But CAS workers wouldn't know anything about that.

@thetruthergirls My heart still lands in my throat if I think i may have to deal with them, about anything. It has been 3 years since all that, and i still get the shakes. They are the only people that can walk in and take your kids because they don't like you. Or curse you with a stigma in your community with a couple phone calls. Canada foster care and family services system is draconian, reptilian, as David Icke says, does not matter if you believe this or that, they are an evil system. I CALL THEM "THE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS SYSTEM OF THE 21ST CENTURY" I have fought them several times, but they even over rule the power of the courts system which also is draconian...

Getting paid makes sense somewhat for having foster kids...but it just causes corruption obviously. And i know that these people do anything to cause corruption (the high up people i mean).

@JustABitchyCancer I meant to say, the CAS as an organization gets funded based on how many kids they had the previous year. If they have fewer kids one year, the next year their funding is cut. That's a BIG problem, a setup for them to take as many kids as they can, to secure their funding.

@JustABitchyCancer Why does it make sense to get paid for having foster kids? If you love kids and agree to take them in, I think you should shoulder the financial burden. What is so wrong with people being charitable these days? Why must we always expect some sort of compensation? My mother took in many kids and never once asked the government (or the biological parents) to pay her for doing it.

@GovOfWolves All parents in Canada get subsidy for daycare plus tax refunds and 'family allowance' and one would think that that should be sufficient for foster parents, too. Why should they get more money than birth parents? If anything, they should give birth parents more money instead of taking their kids away because they can't afford proper food or whatever.

@thetruthergirls The birth parents should, but I guess you already addressed that in your video... because CPS have a financial incentive to do otherwise. When people call it a "child kidnapping ring" only willfully ignorant people laugh and say that's ridiculous.

In August 1996 i was in a group home. One of the mates hung himself. They drugged him to death. I was the one who found him and his feet were still touching the floor.
His name was François Beaulieu.
In Québec, social services often use the psychiatry approach in court. Easier to get the child in the grip of the system. Easy to prove that any child is dangerous for himself or others. Especially if he or she uses drugs...

Oh yeah i'm not trying to expose anyone or anything (so i'm not giving names) but there is a youtuber that has foster kids. Anyway I found out through all that drama that in canada if you have foster kids (i don't know how it is in the US) you get paid. And that she did her makeup hauls and bought all the expensive items that way instead of giving that money to the kids.

@JustABitchyCancer from what I hear, that's pretty typical: they collect money for the kids but spend it on themselves. I've heard that many, many times. They should have to show bills for every dime they spend on the kids.
