I actually love the silhouette and the grainy video quality. It really compliments the ambiance and atmosphere that the music creates. I just started getting into Olafur's music and I'm in love with the scenes he can paint as an artist.

it definitely wouldn't work the same, you would have to close mic the string instruments, losing all the ambience you get from the overheads, the real drums would be just to loud.
