My father John (skinny) Thompson fell through 3 flights of stairs and was buried. His fellow firefighter rescued him and I'm proud to say we are celebrating his retirement wednesday. The fire never got you Dad. You are my hero.

my Father was the fireman who was trapped in this collapse. He was saved by his fellow firefighters and is still fighting fires to this day.
