I don't understand something.One-Eye-Jack was in Slaughter Gulch after he took Grace with him? Because if you see (or make a connection) AitD 2 and 3 you're gonna find something confusing about the past and the present. And here is a strange thing: how could Jack know that Carnby will be in Slaughter Gulch? Please respond.

best guess i could come up with is that Jarrett is Jed Stone's mother and was also i guess somewhat involved with One eye Jack. And the note in his grave does say i'll be back so who knows maybe it was planned. My best guess

Ezejial Pregzt alias 'Eliah Pickford' is Stone's father who is the bad guy in derceto mansion in Alone in the Dark 1

He was the owner and builder of the mansion, but he himself did not appear until Alone in the Dark 2. The final "boss" of AitD1 was the otherworldly, magical creature which Pregzt helped to summon, sensing its power in the caverns beneath his mansion. How did OEJ know that Carnby would come to Slaughter Gulch though? Ah... now that *is* a good question ;)

They could make a new version of AITD 1-3 and combining the storys into 1 Game since they are very short as far as i could see.

Well i dont think i ever found a game that took me longer to beat then aitd 1, 2, and 3

i meant it storywise since most parts are outdated compared [slow charakter alot and alot of reading, few action part scenes & so on] to newer made Games. A Good remake could be interesting alhou part 5 got only decent reviews but still i am gonna play that i only played part 4 and that was at best average.

And this town would be Slaughter Gulch, that would be quite a coincidence.

But come to think of it, Hell's kitchen is located in California so it is possible.

What I don't understand is what the picture Carnby found (and probably discarded) in Hell's Kitchen of Jack's statue is doing in Slaughter Gulch.

I know it sounds crazy, but maybe someone from Louisiana (where Derceto is) and brought one of his books with him to Slaughter Gulch. Maybe even Jed Stone, since he's the founder of this city.

Apparently, he took Morrison by surprise and put his fingers in his head (just like how Billy Silver died). Carnby was aware of his presence and therefore, he couldn't do the same trick.

And if he Morrison did know the zombie was about to attack him, Pregtz's symbol thing does slow people down, so he wouldn't be able to turn fast enough, since the thing was behind him, unlike Carnby who only needed to move a little to destroy the symbol, and the assailant.
