i cant find it. How come? Im using Cs5.5 could this be the reason?

OK so i'm new to CSS. I have built 3 templates from youtuve tutorials & i don't know how to add CSS pages. It's not as easy as drop & drag the main template into each page like with HTML website. Can anyone explain how to add css pages? I'm sure i am over looking something simple. Help?

Thank GOD. I'm building my first Drupal website from my own template and all the Youtube tutorials I've found for web design use tabular layouts. Got halfway finished and discovered that tabular layouts went out with AOL. Now I'm trying to get rid of the tables and do pure CSS with Dreamweaver and I need some guidance. This is GREAT.

hey ze, yea i got a question for layouts.... im confused on how to get your bgcolor/content stretch up to the very top and to the very sides so that there isnt any blank space outlining the webpage...for example twitter and facebook has this style i am talking about...if you can tell me how that would be great! thanks!
