traveled in northern india this summer. past the smell of human waste, the filth and pollution... all i have to say is: NAMASTE! india enchanting india fills my soul with life, and memories of love and kindness ... it is a must stop for the serious traveler! cannot wait to go back, but this time exploring the south! blessings!
@astrofeng yes, it was sweet and lovely. I was just there for 2 months at the Ashram. Such a blessing. And this video was super as i "walked" back into town via the images here.
Excuse me...What difamation of a public figure are you talking about? This is a personal video of a wonderful and life changing experience in Ganeshpuri and done in praise of the gurus of Ganeshpuri.... There is no difamation here.
@lanzate Loved your video, your joy and enjoyment. Brought memories back of going into town. Wonderful, thanks for posting. I am from Los Angeles and was there a couple of months.
@madisonautumn With respect may I ask how this is inappropriate, deflaming a public figure? I was a folloer of Baba Muktananda and Siddha Yoga and was in Ganeshputi, India and was quite interested in your comment. thank you
SGNMKJ!!
I feel it I cannot allow that is spoken of Gurudev.I believe that if somebody speech of that form of a teacher is so that never it has found it, peace please.
Muktananda smoked dope and liked young girls. Just a normal dude, except for the face that the young girls were underage. Oh well. Gurumayi banged the criminal thug George. Yuk! She must like a bit of rough and tumble. Was she sexually abused by Baba? Does anyone know?
yes.i met her in london, and i asked her many questions she is not a guru.there is such a thing as truth, and truth is eternal.i wen to india and asked some real gurus about her and they said she was not a guru.
Well, I really don´t know if she is a guru or not. This is not the important point. The important point is about her teachings. Siddha Yoga Foundation changed my life and now I am a happy person in the way I am will to give more than receive from others. Thanks anyway for your comments.
yes her teachings?she had a long term sexual raltionship as a swami with george afif, she took by force of death with guns 3o million dollars off her brother, and she does criminal activity with bombay gangsters, smuggling guns and gold into america.some teachings.
A pedophile? And you surmised this from the wisdom of the New Yorker? - A magazine that combines editorial comment with high fashion? Obviously you learned from Baba, and you've experienced and understood everything he taught and understand his teachings in light of Indian scriptures? Thank you for your enlightened perspective. I'm sure it will stand the test of time, unlike Baba and the Hindu scriptures, which will fall way under the great literary weight of the likes of Star Magazine, etc.
Why is the Muktananda Ashram considered phonies, you ask? It could be jealousy by those who belong to other groups, because Muktananda's (Gurumayi's) ashram is bigger and more dominant?
I understand. Those are my teachers, but I would never feel any ill will towards any other spiritual community. A lot of people don't appreciate large traditions (with lots of money). I know what I've gotten from Siddha Yoga has been invauable. PEACE!!!! God is Love!
Very nice video, and nice to hear this song again after 8 years. I was there too in 1998, and remember you and the people in the pictures. Had a very good time, lovely people, good memories.
You are right muziek, Good memories and lovely people. I was living all the time in the village with the villagers, in touch with the real Ganeshpuri people, with the real food...culture. Rossy has a Bed and Breakfast now. Tell me more about you. Blessings

Suerte!

@ehalalo35 i was greatly blessed by Gurumayi. I am saddened over your experience of her being all about money. With respect to you.

Baba Muktananda was a pedophile. Educate yourselves and read the article which exposed him in the New Yorker magazine.
