lol rune nub, i take dboots, bandos, zerker ring, obby cape, neitiznot, whip, dragon defender and guthans, no food needed, i dont afk unless i need to pee (i dont go on mountain dew bottles like no lifers) and i dont need food to heal, i get 150k xp per hour

its easer to get monnk robes and just get like 22 prayer potions with mele prayer you dont get hit

You can easily do this better. Use prayer bonus armor, Bandos or Elite Voids is the good for the damage bonus and prayer boost but I prefer prossy or initiate over it. Monk robes work if you don't have the proper req. You should use a saradomin aligned item as Saradomin wielding players have attack priority over Zamorakian. Your inventory should be 2 super attacks, 2 super strengths, a tele-tab and 20 prayer potions. The extra spaces can be used to pick up the frequent rune drops that add up, t
