i got to the computer, died, so i went back to get smoke grenades from the supply chest earlier in the level. wen i was makin my way back to the computer, the enemies were all back, and i couldnt hack the computer anymore. tried several times, still didnt do it. i couldnt even restart the level, my only choice was to restart the entire game... needless to say, that disc is in the trash, never buyin another rainbow six if theyve been makin them this long, and they have that kind of programmin...

nahh brothers... es bastante dificil, en el backstage hay una caja de municiones, y el checkpoint se guarda al llegar hasta ahi.... no hay una posision que de una ventaja estrategica, ti te colocas en el balcon los tangos francotiradores te flanquean desde la retaguardia.... la cosa es simple: VELOCIDAD... eso es todo...

@xRuezga2x si, es como dije, no hay una posición que facilite las cosas... la ventaja esta en la velocidad de reacción... los tangos atacan en 3 grupos, movilizándose entre la sala atacando directamente - francotiradores desde los balcones - finalmente un grupo mixto de francotiradores y "tropas de ataque frontal". A mi en lo particular me funciono así: me coloque al lado derecho de la computadora (cubriéndome tras una torreta, sin hacer uso de ella, solo cubriendome)...

On the balcony part, wat i found was good is using a silecner...sneak your way through, but becareful at the edge of the balcony stay down...(always stay down) hope this will help....as well wen doing this mission...save your smoke bombs, these provide quite good cover when your team m8 is extracting the data, the best place to stand is at the top of the like blacony above the extract computer point, you can just throw the smoke bomb from the top of there when the women mentions tangos!

What I did to get past this first room in part 4 was set my guys on the front just like he did. went upstairs myself tookout the one guy silently, then a guy on the bottom floor silently behind the boxes in the middle so he can't be seen. then breach and clear. breach takes out the two guys and the team takes out the last guy on the first floor. Quick, Easy, Silent. The rest of the enemies don't come charging in because they didn't hear a gun battle going on. Much better way of doing it.

my favorite wepons are: the assault rifles with upward recoil (ex. FAMAS, MTAR) to make it easy to use in full auto, some submachineguns (barely any recoil), and assault rifles with good enough accuracy, range, and damage to put a scope on it (G3KA4, SCAR).

To everyone that got stuck on this part: Where you send the guy (Jung) to extract the info on the computer but it won't work. (1.)Go back to the main menu. (2.)Then go to single player. (3.)Now go to the scene selector. (4.)Scroll down to the Data Hub scene (5.)Select your weapons and redo that scene. You have to do some of the mission over again but at least u don't have to start the game over again :) Hope this helps

another easy way to get rid of the guy at 5:38 is to just toss a smoke grenade into the room, switch to thermal, and light him up cause he dosent have the heat goggles. it took me like 23423 deaths at that part to figure it out and i felt so stupid after realizing how easy it really was

They probably don't come through the doors if you're quieter about it, like in that first level. Breach but use silencers. I'll try that out when I go through this level today.

Oh and for those who are stuck on the last part on Realistic, this walkthrough for the most part should get you through it, but try throwing a smoke grenade on the right box right before the "floor scatterers" come down and use the turret. After most of them are dead leave the turret and get back to cover behind the big green thing and pick the last few off. This part is tough, but very beatable. And yes this vid is on realistic.

That's a bizzare problem. Try throwing a frag at the door and see if it blows open like normal doors.

At the last part of the mission where you need to defend I tell my team to go to the right box, then hack, and I take cover on the left box. The first wave is pretty easy but on the other 2 waves I throw smoks to protect the hacking. I just snipe the balconies, my team does the rest. The level is not that hard if you use smokes on yourself.

Was this normal because where are the 2 guys on that last room plus there are usually 3 waves of enemies in that theatre. I notice you have 2 Grenades but you never used any so you may just have used one of your 3 to try and pass as Realistic but it certainly looked easier than I remember plus when you appear in the open you don't get a chance after being shot to find cover and shoot back, you're dead.
