Also, regarding plastic... while China has a notorious habit of using plastic for everything from containing hot liquid edibles to holiday packaging with individually wrapped parcels inside more plastic casing... the use of plastic in major grocery stores is prohibited. Regulation needs to be enforced upon smaller shops, but my point here is, I have yet to see stores in the States prohibit the use of plastic bags.
Hi everyone, This snack, called a jianbing is delicious. Crispy, fragrant, spicy, soft-centered like a sandwich, then crispy exterior from the toasted 'crepe'-like wrapper. I'm particular about hygiene because I have a sensitive stomach. I watched this couple make quite a few jianbing before ordering mine. Everything was made safely, giving me more confidence in how the snack was made than standing outside a food truck, blind to the process. I still love eating from food trucks. $0.75 / jianbing
all you retards claiming about hygiene - its YOUR countries who have MAXIMUM diseases. When you feed a billion people, nothing matters but good-tasting food!!
lol??? she takes off her glove so its only her hand that touches the dirty money bill, not the glove thats going to handle the food? retards-.- wtf you bitching about
@yokoxxx It's called pollution. How about you become an environmental activist? So that you can try to help ban plastics since you're so concern about China using plastics. China isn't the only country who is using plastic, so, you better get started now.
Newsflash: it's China. And this is a different style of jianbing, not Beijing-style. It's dry style, from Shaanxi I think? I know because I've been to this market and eaten it.... I forget the exact name... and it's really too dry for me
@DarkRavenx Well, if they dropped it on the ground, I would pick it up and eat it like George Carlin. But money is really just as dirty as a piece of shit, so have a little human decency, don't eat shit.
i'll have one please, without melamine

His method seems more inefficient compared to the rest of the other bing makers. I feel sorry for him, because he looks like he is working too hard.

I like the food, but I hate to see they pack the food and accept money without changing glove.
