I don't know... I've downloaded it quite a bit ago, but works fine for me on my ipod...

well, it's a Torrent, so you will need BitTorrent to extract it. Look for it on google, and download the free version.

I'm having some issues with mine... It doesn't list it as a Torrent file, but as .rar

If it's a .rar, that mean you'll need to unzip it. There's lots of unzipping programs around the web, you'll just need to find one.

I recommend the winRAR trial version.
