I assure you these are all real, in game snapshots taken without any hacking device.

I assume you are talking about the Wario picture with the Master Emerald. Simply pause the game right after (or right before) Sonic is done with his final smash and you can include the Chaos Emeralds in your snapshot. Now, just have excellent timing with the correctly posing Wario and use a little perspective trickery (the Master Emerald is actually a Chaos Emerald being launched at the screen) and voila!
