Great recipe, wish i could get hold of some of those peppers here in the UK. I make a pretty mean chilli myself so I'll be trying a few of your ingredients.

Beer and the chorizo I'm going to have to try, sounds great!

I notice this video is a week old now, have you had the cook off yet?, how did you get on?

p.s my secret ingredient.. smoked paprika. you have to give it a go, fantastic stuff!
