What iPod adapter did you use?

A couple of things would have made this video better.

1. Conduct the disassembly/installation in a more quiet environment.

2. Go more in depth on actually removing the molding/trim and the connectors that must be removed before sliding the radio out.

3. Have the technician actually speak clearly enough to understand what the heck he's saying.

Can you do that for a 2004 one wit navi. cuz I have one but not ipod hookup didnt have tht option when my parents bought it for me.
