This version is much better.. this one should have been recorded on the album.. Also, diese Version, denke ich, ist viel viel besser als die Album Version.. Robbie singt mit Gefuehl.. Garry allerdings hat eine schoene Stimme, aber manchmal singt er ohne Gefuehl!

I like both versions a lot. I think that seeing as Robbie's vocals have dominated most of the new Take That album (not that that's a bad thing before anyone moans about that but it is true he has a lot more solo sections on the album!), it's therefore refreshing to have this song with Gary in lead vocals for this, plus it sounds like a typical Gary Barlow song so personally I think they put the right version on the album. But as I said Robbie's version is rather good too!

Reasons why G. sing it: 1. Rob's voice broke up as he sang it, 'cause he feels it too much, so I guess he prefers to let it sing to G.; 2. some lines are just 'bout R. not 'bout the group & Jay blamed him in the film on the same grounds,so probably he thought it's excessive to sing it; 3. It's their song: if R. doesn't sing it, just G. can. Mind the lyrics: R. at times speaks in the plural, at times in the singular (to G.).In the track's explanation, R. is awkward on 3.15-3.19 'bout that lines

Why are people fighting over WHO "sings it better" ? What matters is that the song is alive, does exist and rocks all kind of socks, which IS the case on THE Album.

It's obvious Barlow is the masterchief behind the musicality of it here, even if Williams (obviously) wrote the lyrics.

I like both guys voice , its like comparing vanilla to chocolate really, both taste different and GOOD to ME .

The proof ? The Flood where both are singing together .

@overdose28 Robbie wrote this song, its about take that from start to now, the 3 words is open to your interpretation as both Gary and Robbie have refused to confirm what the 3 words are(i think i heard this on radio 1 or 2). My personal opinion is that the 3 words are i am sorry.
