"Wii Remote: Move your finger all the way around the directional pad without lifting your finger of of it." This is the one controller set I'm still trying to learn how to glide with. If you want to glide to the left, do you move your thumb clockwise or counterclockwise to face the right direction? Thanks in advanced! ^_^

my sister glided once with charizard, she was just pressing random buttons. so we looked on here. i forgot to glide with pit!!!! i cant be meta night on ours cuz it will shut the whole thing down and we would have to restart it.

You can also glide by (on the GC, classic, and nunchuk style) tapping up on the control stick a couple of times and then alternating left and right really quickly, like airplane Mario in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Harder bit effective if you don't like using jump buttons like me ;D

hey i found an easier way to glide with the wiimote but i have only tested it out with meta-knight i'll test the rest later.

Instructions: jump ( must be at least twice) the rapidly press the back directional button then the forward one (depending on the direction ur facing). Hope this comment helped and if it did ur welcome.

Instructions for wii-mote finally. "only Pit" Jump 3 times then simultaneously press left-down-right-up or right-down-left-up depending on which direction u wanna go its like rolling ur thumb from start to finish, a bit tricky but it takes practice.

pit=best
