That fire is from the quarantine. There is a red barrel that makes fire. Warhead is all glitchy now like the upload was on quarantine instead of spy hunt

Well fraps is Non-lag, High quality(1280x720) No watermark(hack it). Just google for a registered version.

Also If you want higher quality, set the [fps] to 60

@CyanGaze its impossible not to have a tiny bit of lag when your recording unless your recording at the lowest possible quality
