Technically he is legal, the yellow flag means proceed with caution but continue racing. If there had been a red cross flag he would have been docked. However caution is at the descretion of the referee so it was ultimately up to him. He should not have jumped though I find that obvious, but here is where I point out the incompetence of the flaggers they should have directed the riders to the left side of the track.

ive been to ALOT of supercross races in my life i found out the 300 lvl seats are the best because u see the whole track u can see everybody perfectly fine too when ur in the 100s u can only see sections of the track
