@Ripcurl4Life1 I would say go with MT yeah, im 6ft 1 and I am wearing a MT in the vid, the length was fine, maybe a bit broad for me here as at the time i only had a 38" chest! but 32" and about 40 - 42" chest is perfect.
i got the 2012 and hat it. it is SUPER WARM.. WARMEst wetsuit ever had... warmer than my e bomb... the only thing that makes me hate it is, you know your wearing a wetsuit, its not too flexible, or lightwait.. gives me rashes just about everywhere... VERY uncomfortable. but at the same time, it is very warm
Also worthy of mention are that the RG8 - is whakky spellinz for Regenerate as they are perfecting the use of recycled Neoprene. Something like 30% of this is recycled I think. Good for the Greenies.
I've just bought this. Awesome suit but didnt have the M/Short option. Excellent value at the price. Last suit was an RipCurl F-Bomb which I never fell in love with. Found it tired the arms. Before that Billabong Solutions which were rad. The O"Neill Medium seems a little longer than Billabong and RipCurls sizing so unfortunately for me it's a teeny bit too long. Hard to tell that dry in the shop though. Loosens up when wet and then its noticeable. I'm 5.10 and 76kg's. Hope it helps someone.
We havn't tried out the Cypher chest so a little difficult to compare. The RG8 has been a really popular wetsuit this season as it has good flex and warmth
How warm is the 3/2 compared to the 4/3. Which thickness would you recommend for temperatures from 48-60 degrees F? Is there any chafing around the underarms, back of the legs, or on the neck?

O´Neill´s exclusive new neoprene offers the same flexibility and warmth of our UltraFlex DS material in a more environmentally friendly option. Using Limestone based neoprene and recycled plastics on the inner and outer layers, the RG8 neoprene promises to take the Psycho Series to the next level for years to come.
I have read On other sites that the neoprene in this suit has some limestone based geoprene (same stuff patagonia/ matuse etc use) any idea if thats true?
The SGX is definitely a lighter suit, having tried both of them on it feels quite a bit more flexible than the RG8, however how effective and long lasting the water repellent substance is gonna be on the SGX remains to be seen! having said that just like the Psycho 1 before it the RG8 is still very flexible and with the addition of the new chest zip will likely feel even more flexible on the back panel. Its a tricky one, id say SGX for flex but for warmth im not sure yet!
You cant even begin to compare the two suits! O'Neill's neoprene and designs are so far ahead that the two cannot even be compared on the same level...RG8 for sure over the SGX
Jeff you are looking quite fit.

Hi
I would go for a 4/3 version for waters of that temp, and you should have no chaffing at all anymore with new wetsuits.

Hi
Yes the neoprene is constructed as follows:
Body: 100% Ultraflex RG8 -
