@IFreakingEatPeople The avalanche seems to have stopped way further up. I think the stuff approaching during the last part is just an airborne cloud of snow.
A Sherpa died while descending the Khumbu icefall when the avalanche struck. I saw that hanging serac in March and worried that it would fall during climbing season. It did.
