I like you, but this eating in a hot bath thing is something I just can't accept. I like to eat at my dining room table. Hot baths dry out my skin. Maybe you can handle it, I cannot. Anyway, you're still adorable & you make a lot of sense when it comes to food.
There are so many subtle flavors in raw food but it takes a pristine palate to appreciate them.
I take peas and cover them with chicken stock plus a little more I add some chopped onion and a small amount of garlic and some fresh mint. I heat it to a boil for a few minutes then put it into a blender with some fat free sour creme. Tofu might work. I blend it until it is smooth. Then I eat it. I suppose you could put in some ripe avocado. It's quite tasty and healthy.
Susan you are such an inspiration. I have followed you since the 90's & love the fact that you are such a strong spokesperson for women. Strenght passion, mixed in with a little eccentricity is wonderful. Love you.
I make salads often. Two days ago it was roasted, cubed sweet potato mixed with sauteed exotic mushrooms (4 kinds), chopped arugula (or rocket as we call it, instead of parley), chilli-garlic infused olive oil, splash of vinegar and some lemon juice and cracked pepper. I couldn't shut my husband up about this salad and I was able to use all of my sweet potatoes.
Susan, I've been a fan for years but these videos just aren't doing it for me. They seem so contrived. People don't generally eat in a hot bath. That doesn't even seem enjoyable.....and they don't wear a full face of makeup and a hairpiece in a bath either. You seemed more "real" in the 80s.
Well, I liked your message then better...and it helped me. You taught me a lot. I learned not to be afraid to eat and to eat well, to fuel my body.
I'm not getting that from these videos. I'm seeing a lot of primping and some sound bites that at times seem disconnected and leave me scratching my head and saying to myself, "huh?"
For a moment I thought you would suggest doing the laundry in the bath as a time-saver ;-) I have salad as lunch almost daily but I don't think I could eat in a bath -- drink, yes, eat no...

I meant 'parsley' in the 1st comment. I should edit before I hit 'post comment'. Maldon sea salt and cracked black peppercorn medley.. ok.. done now.

Stop The Insanity was the 90's and never in my life has anything I've ever done been more real than what I'm doing now..
I worked l5 years to live, exactly the way I live (and it is) "direct" to camera for any-body who wants to see it...

susan, you must be workingout with weights because you have the same musculature as linda hamilton in T2. You look visibly like your 30. Its amazing.

You sold me. Olives. Salad was lunch today, although. It was slightly frozen because it was in the wrong drawer in the fridge. :) Oops.
