  • all bla bla bla and again ...nothing the freakin oil compagnies AND some others i'm not too aware of control everything. Not directly but surely so fuck your indepence you'll never see it unless of course we come close of being in situations like in mad max ...*sight*

  • If only he would follow the Constitution, I would vote for him. Daniel Dingle and Stanley Meyer have the answer to all of our problems. I wonder if he can get the FBI to give back the technology they took from Meyers car and home too We The People? One of us is bound to make it work, and after that free we all will be. Energy independance is a worthy goal, put the power companies out of buisness, and cut the oil use for only making plastics.

  • Good I agree. Now let's see your credentials.

  • good talk.. but i hope he keeps his words and turns them into action

  • those are fine ideas, BUT...

75,000 or less doesnt qualify as poor. what are you smoking? 75,000 is decent middle class, not poor.

  • Mike and Obama The only honest ones left!

  • Mike,yes,Obama,no.

  • Honesty is irrelevant when Huckabee pardons 12 convicted murderers, one who got out then murdered again.

  • Vote Mike Huckabee if you Want To Git Ur Done! If you want failed policies as usual and the poor poorer Vote Romney or Clinton!

  • I want all of you to ask him why the Government has our fuel locked up? It was on C Span and it is a fact that we have huge underground pockets and they won't let us get at them because of the oil fat cats! You all are fools if you think we have a energy crisis!

  • We have enough Natural Gas on the East and West coast to last us to Oblivion! Congress has it locked so no one can mine it!

We could switch over and run all our vehicle's on this within months!

  • I am voting for you!!!!!!! Go Babtist!!

  • Read his response below (all from CBN):

"I have a bachelor of arts in religion and a minor in communications in my undergraduate work. And then I have 46 hours on a master's degree at Southwestern Theology Seminary. So, my degree as a theological degree is at the college level and then 46 hours toward a masters -- three years of study of New Testament Greek, and then the rest of it, all in Seminary was theological studies, but my degree was actually in religion." ...

  • Idiot. Leave energy in the open FREE market. You want gov't to purchase alternate forms of energy to ensure there's a market for it? You sound like a damn liberal. Do you know anything about Capitalism?

    Ron Paul2008

  • buy a suv = terror

  • usa gets 90 % of there Energy from other conties

  • Only 25% comes from the Middle East. Most of it comes from deadly Mexico and terror-supporting Canada.

  • canada power is saving ur guys from going with out power

  • a more accurate name for "GW" is global climate change, because the damage our environment has suffered shows itself in multiple ways, not just in increases in temperature. What comes up must come down, and record heat melts polar ice, which months later sends us into record cold.

  • What we need is to build nuclear power plants as fast as we can. We can then split water into hydrogen to fuel cars and produce steam for heating. The oxygen can also be used to produce more heat. As far as nuclear waste we can send it into the sun, which is one large nuclear explosion. Maybe we can catch up with Europe. We can definatly cut off our dependency on OIL.

  • Yeah, that's what we SHOULD be doing NOW. I don't see what the bush administration's problem is...other than he/they're too focussed on the fucking war.

  • I don't think Bush should be blamed, but all of congress who has done not a thing for years. As for Bush and oil, he has to keep it flowing or my computer will run out of gas as will my car. No president has done a damn thing.Congress either. Build nukes now!!!!

  • disturbing the mass of the earth is a dangerous proposition.

  • The mass is insignficant. Meteors disturb the mass don't they? Putting up satellites disturb the mass. I don't see any repercussions. What we send out we can always bring back something to compensate. We will adapt and I will be assimulated. :)

  • sending toxic waste into the sun sounds good, but if the rocket fails to launch properly.. well.. the fallout would be pretty toxic

let's invest more money into developing and implementing clean energy alternatives, like wind and solar power (but not the so-called "clean coal")

  • He mentioned Nuclear and Hydrogen great.

  • Go Huck! One way to give america a wake up call is to pay for all this "protect our oil interests overseas" through an oil import tax. Lets reflect the true cost of foreign oil in the cost of oil imports. See my video on this on my home page.

  • If you can't spell you shouldn't voter.

  • The emphasis on independence although may appeal to some people, it is not a grant vision that shall be pursued. Interdependence among countries, to some extent, ensures global peace and prevents potential conflicts. Such move as trying to be independent is a set of selfish and isolated action. Maybe america needs a new mindset, one that does more than addressing own needs.

  • i support you and paul for republicans, and richardson for dems

  • I don't care about the fiction of "global warming" and I don't think the government should be basing policy on unconfirmed science. I want to use what ever energy is cheapest and if that means oil, then so be it.

As long as I can afford to heat my home this winter I'm happy... bottom line.

  • Even if there is no global warming, energy independance makes sense. Our main energy source is coming from volatile countries on the opposite side of the world...gas prices are all over the place and it affects our economy and the stock market. Doesn't it make more sense to run this country off of something that's home grown and renewable?

  • Yes don't we all, of course that's until the oceans rise up and take your house out with catastrophic storms and flooding, but let's just think as self-centered and narcissistic as we can.

  • If there's no global warming (which, to the above comment, if you bother to read the latest science you would know that there is no reason to think that there is) then let the economy take care of itself. If its uneconomical to use oil then companies will stop using it regardless of government policy.

  • I can't help it... I have to say something else about the comment by Fajalou b/c it's just so uninformed. For some reason it seems that the people who are most ignorant have the strongest opinions. Please read the science before you shoot off your mouth. Just google "global warming" and avoid politically affiliated websites. At the very least you'll learn that there's no scientific "consensus" despite the media's insistence to the contrary.

  • YOU GUYS- I'M CEREAL!! MANBEARPIG IS REAL!! -Al Gore

  • How about we abolish the Federal Reserve system, promote non-managed free markets, and return to a sound monetary system instead?

Until you embrace that I'll continue to tip my hat toward Ron Paul.

  • I'm sure all the founders are smiling at all the nasty comments that are coming from Ron P. supporters. Last time I checked we have freedom of speech and can think freely without being a traitor. There is so much hate speech coming from alot R.P. supporters. All your doing is making him look bad, keep up the good work you great American!!

  • The gas tax you are talking about was voted on by th people of Ark. [80% in favor] If you want Ron P. to be president fine vote for him but stop being dishonest about Mike and everyone else. Mike is for the fair tax.

  • I like how mike cares more about new energy sources for their economical and security benefits, more than rather to save us from "GLOBAL WARMING".Finally a energy conservative who isnt retarded.

  • Go Mike Go! We can do energy independence right here in the USA...no reason we can't!

  • Wow all the non supporters have some lame comments and then say who they are voting for...moral character...huh?

I see Ru paul out there answering questions he is just like Perot NEVER will happen

Huckabee will be the next president. watch and see.who else goes out and explain things like all the list to the right? Your guy....hey Huck if you read this, if you were to do the same thing when you get to the White House that would be AWESOME! Bless you my brother!

  • Government is not the answer, you Arkansas hick!

Vote Ron Paul, 2008! Get your freedom and Constitution back!

  • Is that the best you got, call someone a hick? Ron paul followers are the most mean spirited people there are. Get over yourselves, Ron Paul will never be the president!!!!!

  • why do u listen to this traitor the bible is his crutch! may this man burn in hell

  • Do u support wire tapping Americans WITHOUT probable cause? How about supporting Foreign Policy that gives billions to Musharaf of Pakistan? Are you against the Christian JUST WAR THEORY?? Do u support BOMBING IRAN if they try to defend themselves from us by building a nuke? Is that "Just War" ? if they NEVER attack us?

  • Let's wait until they nuke us before we do anything, that the nice thing to do. wake up!!!!!!!!

  • I agree with Huckbee completely.

  • who is we?

    companies,you,politicians?

  • When the campaign cycle got underway I was one of the biggest supporters and pushers for Fred Thompson to get into the race. Now that Fred is here, I've been sorely disappointed. So, I started searching for a new candidate to support. Mike Huckabee is my pick for sure.

    1. Energy Independence

    2. The Fair Tax

    3. Pro-Life!

  • I have been completely fullfilled and have chosen My PRESIDENT, I Have listened to alot of Mike Huckabee's views and they are completely intune with the american view. I would like to say I wish when a politicians says "the american people" That they would say it with a little Respect "THE AMERICAN PEOPLE" We the People are sick and tired of giving america away WE love our freedoms and will fight for our freedoms.

  • Excellent!!! Free energy = true freedom. 5 stars!!! Lets open the NASA archives and have a developing economy!!!

  • I'm usually democratic, but I have to admit, your comments on this issue make it much, much easier to respect the republican party. Thank you!

  • right on, Huckabee!

still voting for Ron Paul, though.

  • This is right on!

I have a business that involves electric vehicles. The government has been counter productive in most parts of the country. We need more of this common sense thinking at the federal and state levels!

  • Yes! Huckabee gets it! I wish I was old enough to vote...

  • This is the best response to our energy issues I have heard. +1 for Mike!

  • Huckabee/Thompson 2008!!!

  • Pure genious!
