@IFailAtEverythingIDo sorry 100% of all products dont come out of the manufacturer 100% working all the time. try buying a cold cathodes and expect all of them to come working out of the box
@IFailAtEverythingIDo youve never put a power supply upside down? maybe your the moron. the fan was still blowing onto the circuit board out the back as it came from the manufacturer. it was just on the bottom of my case. if you have an issue with that, maybe you should talk to Antec.
omg..no. haha i almost pissed when my 1200 watt blew. talk bout distracting..i have the fan facing down so it doesn't interfere with airflow and it blew the fan apart and bent the case outwards, lifting the case a good quarter inch from the original feet.. i ripped it out of the wall, grabbed a screw driver and pulled my gtx 460's out for inspection 0__0
740W at outlet and 446W output load? No wonder it failed, the thing would have been dissipating 294W which is no easy task for such small heat sinks, even with the fan cooling. The transistors would have been VERY toasty!
Once my HP Brio exploded in my face.... NEVER BUY HP

My PSU literally blew up in my PC without even having to overpower it. Dodgy hardware.

Breaker popping at 446Watt (on PSU 550Watt...)
Efficient: 60%
12V@10,1V
5V@4,2V
3,3V@2,3V
LC-Power LPG12-550W - I love it ;]

That sounds more like a breaker popping or a switch being flipped, not something exploding.
