@Orreborrekorre nah lol I mean on the very edge...like if you hit the cymbal with your stick 90 degrees at it then it makes that quiet, unpleasant, vibrating noise. He's not exactly doing that but hes very close to hitting it exactly on the edge and it can take one wrong hit to crack a cymbal. I'm sometimes horrible at explaining things.
you can still buy exports on musiciansfriend, and YOU HAVE THE SAME STICKS AS ME!!!! whooooo. nice kit too, my new drum kit is gonna cost 5K, its a Vision VX double bass 8 piece, thou, i dont know whether to get paiste rudes, or zildjian A customs...???
well it depends on your style of music. A customs are less loud and a bit more fragile than the rudes. The rudes are wickedly thick (unless you get the thins lol) and super loud. Personally I would get the rudes but the A customs are also extremely nice. Either way your making a good choice
great news for you, I'm going to redo all this stuff with proper recording equipment, the stuff comes in at the end of the week, I'll do some more expectable beats and licks.
normally I don't use this for blasts, actually my band barely uses blasts. I just enjoy playing metal
but I promise I will have better stuff up In the near future!!!!
Not the best break down cymbal, imo. To much overtone bleed through. Its a great sounding cymbal but not to be in used with blast and that 'thrash' type beat. But other than that its a great sounding cymbal.
i have one and in order to prevent bleed ect on beatdowns/break downs just stick a three inch bit of duck tape to the bottom of it lightly, works a treat!
Sloppy as hell, typical scenecore kid ._.

It existed in the original RUDE series from the early 80's, but now the only Rude ride/crash around is the 20".

Nice sound, but don't hit your cymbal like that, in 5 months it will be broken !

it was at an odd angle because I had just taken it away from the set to do the stand alone sound, I see what your saying though
