  • i have got osteoarthritis in my right knee joint. pl tell me exercises which reduce my pain i want to walk

  • altroval,

I am curious to know your thought processes. I work with all levels of clientele with arthritis from competitive athletes to seniors. Have you seen my DVD? Watched all the progressions and methodology or are you judging me on a sample clip? Feel free to email me through my website and I would be happy to have an academic discussion with you. To all watching and reading, the DVD is progressive and designed for those seeking to do no exercise or those wanting to return to sport

  • fitbman,

    You're doing a lot of people a dis-service here....

Accumulated chondral wear resulting from skeletal mis-alignments occurring congenitally or developmentally is the cause of osteoarthritis in a substantial % of total cases.

In such circumstances even isometric exercises are not safe.

  • People have varying degrees of osteoarthritis. And the video has a full progression of exercises for those at low levels to those wanting to do higher levels of activity.

  • You have got to be kidding!!! Where does this guy get his info? I can't jog, and jump side to side like the woman in this video...if I could do those things I would not be looking for exercises specific to osteoarthritis. Crazy!!

  • Thanks
