Good video, nice down-to-earth approach. It would've been incredibly helpful back in the internet's early days to have these services around. Instead we'd just make rules up as we'd go along, which led to problems. For example, before online billing, we'd do credit card transactions manually and MC/Visa would eventually catch wind that an "internet transaction" took place and they'd shut down the merchant number, we'd then switch numbers, etc., until finally MC authorized online transactions.
