@Jiterator OMG! vid vid vid vid vid vid vid vid vid vid XD im getting a PRS TORERO-SE-2 its amazing XD i was getting the rr-24 in white but the prs plays and sounds better and i no im going to grow out of point guitars and id hate to buy a grands worth of guitar to sell it in a few years so the prs is a beast XD
if i knew where u lived id jack that guitar from u,posers who post enter sandman dont deserve guitar, stupid skinny fag, bet mommy bought it for him, call me an asshole all u want but im a guitarist an im sayin this loser dont deserve that axe, i feel bad for it with him putting his funky hands on it everyday.
ROFL. All the guitars you see me playing? Bought with my own cash earned from my day job. And I post what I want to play, instead of thinking twice about what the world is going to think, because that's what music is about. Now go learn yourself some songs instead of trolling on YouTube eh? By the way I stay in Singapore, if you'd ever like to come jack those guitars. Oh wait you don't know where that is do you, you ignorant SOB?
@Jiterator dude u from singapore me too i stay in novena and have an esp ex with emgs got it from davis guitar co. dude not trying to be freaky maybe we could meet up and jam together...how bout that finally some1 who likes metallica most singaporeans love to play rihana what a waste of time
i got mine at 2250 SGD which would be about 1.48k in USD, but last i checked it retails for about 2500 - 2600 SGD now, so that's about 1.65k and up in USD
no man...they play live in Eb....I've seen them live so,...and there's also a youtube video of kirks guitar tech in which he says that Eb is metallica standard live tuning..
thanks for the reply, i think my phase of RRs and love has been minimized since then, imna in a few months do a carvin custom shop dc127. Ive heard good things about 'em and they have such a good deal goin! thanks for the help though, some people seem to think jackson usa is that best way to go especially vs japanese made esp standard
the plexitube's a great pedal man.. has a whole range of tones you can dial in, from mild crunch to an extreme overdrive.. what i really like about it is that it has 2 channels which really saves you the need of another pedal to get that solo tone.
i'd say it's a combination of both of course, and definitely the active EMG pickups help quite a bit also.. but yeah the pedal's really versatile, allows you to dial in all sorts of tones!
you should check out the demo by ProGuitarShopDemos on youtube for the plexitube to get a better idea of what it's capable of!
heh thanks! well you can get quite a nice crunchy overdrive out of the amp drive channel, but i prefer using pedals cos that way i can carry my driven sound everywhere i go.. but yeah the marshall drive is actually not bad either!

I just don't know why you are talking about adjusting the tuning do Eb. Enter Sandman is in E standard.
HeavyThrashGuitar 3 years ago
Oh yeah so it is! Haha sorry i just could never imagine Metallica doing songs in Eb.
Jiterator 3 years ago
I mean, E standard..
Jiterator 3 years ago
All studio albums up to the black are in Standard E. Load, Reload, and Garage Inc are in Eb, and well I don't care for anything after that
fixxxer602 2 years ago
well, they play it live in Eb, but not on the record...like you said..
markkessels 3 years ago
No they don't man! They use only E standard and Drop D sometimes :)

Hey nice cover dude xD
Did you everything that have to do with distortion with your pedal or did you use the amp´s gain?
Olli120 3 years ago
hey thanks man.. my amp's gain is always at 9 o'clock, and it doesn't break up the signal at all, so yeah distortion's all from the pedal.. =)
Jiterator 3 years ago
awesome guitar, awesome cover and what else?
keep on good word dude
FamGuitarist 3 years ago
hey dude is the esp sv good? im deciding between the black esp sv standard and the rr1 black w/ gold pinstripes? which is better????
ZaeYeL 3 years ago
well i haven't tried both so i wouldn't be able to advise.. but i've always believed in Japanese workmanship.. haha
Jiterator 3 years ago
RR1 and SV standard are BOTH amazing guitars.
I own a Jackson KV2 USA (same level as RR1, but just not a rhoads shape, king crosby shape), and have played rr1's and SV standards.
The onlt thing I like more about the SV is that the neck isnt polished on the back, so it is easier to move around on doesnt stick to your thumb.
Either one you choose will make you happy, trust me.

Whats your opinion on the plexitube.. I'm looking at it to ad in front of my Ceriatone JTM45 clone.

damn i need one of those pedals

i really like your sound, do you think its more from the pedal or the amp? please say pedal lol(its cheaper)

tomiclav 3 years ago
