  • Really good technique, especially for his age... but what's the rush?

  • Sure, it's way too fast. But he's a smart kid, and his sparkling intelligence (and well-developed technique) saves the performance. So whatever this is, it's not "poor playing," as one commentator says. I hope, though, that his teacher will have a heart-to-heart about the meaning of this piece.

    im starting soon, a bit late for me if i might add but it took a while for me to see how much i loved the piano-- but thank you for insiring me that age doesnt matter with it. :D

  • This young man has many admirable qualities in his playing- obviously very talented and very well taught. When he performs it again he may want to consider pulling the tempo back a notch as this is indicated "Allegretto". Still very enjoyable and excellent!
